A Card Crown decorated with Rhinestones

This crown, made from card, is painted with A-Color metallic paint and then decorated with rhinestones which are attached directly onto 3D Gold Liner.

How to do it
1. Paint the card crown with A-Color metallic paint.
2. Glue the rhinestones in place using 3D liner.
3. Attach the velcro onto the card crown.
