The egg is cut from a template in six layers of neon coloured card. These six eggs are then assembled into one egg, stapled together vertically along the centre. A piece of thread is attached for hanging.

How to do it 
1.
Print the template which is available as a separate PDF file for this idea. Cut it out and draw it onto neon coloured card. Six eggs in total. Cut out.
2.
Fold all six eggs vertically and put them against eachother. Staple them together along the fold.
3.
Attach a piece of string for hanging.
