Delivery time and Freight

All articles in the placed order will be, as far as possible, sent as one shipment. If the articles are out of stock the shipment can be delayed or the order may be split into more than one shipment.  

In addition to your order, we will charge freight. We corporate with several international couriers, and we will always make sure our customers get the lowest possible freight expenses. We will return to you, with the full amount on email and our bank number. When we receive your payment, we ship your order. If you have any questions, please contact us on export@cchobby.com

After receiving your order confirmation, You can choose payment by credit card or advance payment

Please note: There is no minimum order value and no handling charge.

 

Return policy

Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date you received the articles. The articles have to be unused, undamaged and in original packaging (in original condition) for complete refund. If you want your money back we will issue a full refund for the price you paid. The money will be deposited into your bank account after we have received the returned articles. Return the articles together with a copy of your invoice and your banking information. State the cause of the return on the invoice. Please send the articles as regular postal package /envelope - do not send cash on delivery.

 

Delivery charges

Your freight expenses will be stated when we receive your order and you will be informed by email. We always ship at the lowest cost possible.

We make reservations for the liability of misprints and sold out articles.
