Glue the wooden bead onto the cork as a head.
Draw a face on the head with a thin black marker.
Fold a small, soft branch into the angel’s halo or drill small holes in the bead and glue in small branches as antlers. Glue with a glue gun.
Make a hat from felt and glue on the elf’s head.
Cut out the angel’s wings and a strip for the elf’s sweater from newspaper and glue on with a glue gun.
Dot the elf’s sweater with a brush handle dipped in paint.
If necessary, glue ribbon or string in the hole at the top of the bead or sew a thread into the Christmas hat as a hanging decoration.
